Here are the routes from the 2025:

For GPX files, then there is a Download button underneath each of the three routes on the Ride with GPS map.

Don't worry if you don't have a bike computer, as the routes will be fully signposted. The files here are only provided for reference and you will be able to find your way by simply following the Le Tour signs.​
